Location is a dream! So close to 5th Ave.

We faced significant challenges . There was no reception, made check-in confusing and stressful. The room was not properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere, and we encountered multiple insects.

Request kitchen supplies ahead of time for a more convenient cooking experience during your stay.

the hotel's staff are amicable and good. the setting is amazing and marvellous, close enough to public beach, and the bus station heading to cancun. centro district is absolutely worth visiting. will be back, liked our stay at the property.

Couldn’t fault!

the double room had an air conditioning, a safe box, and a mini-bar, facilities worked for us.

I was almost ready to give a fantastic review, but the lack of proper payment options and the fact that there was only one roll of toilet paper for six nights really did it for me. And let's not forget the beautiful room that smelled bad and had dirty fans. Class act, really.

The room lacked basic comfort and was stark, with just plain white walls and no decorations. A major inconvenience was the total lack of cleaning , leading to unkempt bedding and inadequate bathroom supplies. The space felt cramped, lacking ventilation and adequate light.

The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from Fifth Avenue and the beach, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

The lack of soundproofing was disappointing. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and chairs scraping at odd hours, which disrupted my sleep.

Location's wicked prime, just a hop to 5th Ave and nearby Walmart. The AC was solid, kept me cool, and the shower had plenty of hot water to wash off the beach sand. The rooftop pool? Small but refreshing, perfect for a quick dip. Just wish they had more loungers up there. Decent stay.

Had a great three-night stay! The cozy studio had excellent AC and strong Wi-Fi. Just wish there were more sun loungers at the rooftop pool, but I'd definitely come back!

Just a decent option for a cursory stop in Playa del Carmen with fantastic value. The AC worked great, keeping us cool after long days in the sun. Bring your own toiletries as you won't find many supplies here.

My mind was blown by the incredible location across from a local park, and the rooftop pool was simply jaw-dropping! the apartment was super spacious, stocked with cookware and coffee pods, and the powerful air conditioning was a game-changer. Being able to easily walk to the ADO, ferry, and the public beach was just AMAZING! Plus, the quick response to fix the a/c issue and the hassle-free room change were impressive. the facilities, like the flat-screen TV, sun loungers, and free wi-fi, added to the overall super positive experience. I was also delighted by the close proximity to a nearby Walmart and Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue. A top-notch stay with only good vibes!
